Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Meenaa Collection reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. You will be notified via email, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding order confirmation or cancellation.

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy (see below).

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and may change without notice. Prices displayed exclude taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide valid payment and contact details for all purchases. You represent and warrant that the payment method used is authorized and valid.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Meenaa Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

SECTION 6 – REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Meenaa Collection, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Exchange Policy

  • You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • Style or design changes are not accepted.

  • Courier charges apply for size-related exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery:

Exchange Process

  • Doorstep exchange service available in select cities.

  • Rider will collect the old item and deliver the new one.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges depend on availability of size or item.

  • Items showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

  • Processing may take up to 1–2 weeks depending on logistics.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, images, logos, and designs displayed on our website are the property of Meenaa Collection and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Shopify trademarks and service marks belong to Shopify Inc. All rights are reserved by their respective owners.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites. Meenaa Collection is not responsible for the content or accuracy of these websites. Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.
