Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issuesstyle or design changes are not permitted.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange Process

  • We offer a doorstep exchange service for your convenience.

  • Our rider will pick up the original item and deliver the replacement.

  • Courier charges apply for all size-related exchanges.

  • If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose to wait for a restock or request a refund (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery:

💸 Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt.

  • The product must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, as it is considered part of the product.

Customer Responsibility

  • The shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer.

  • Products returned without meeting the above conditions (e.g., used, damaged packaging, or incomplete items) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed only via bank transfer.

  • Refunds include product value only and exclude shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Refunds are issued only after evaluation and confirmation that the product was damaged or defective.

  • Customers must report any such issue within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

  • Products on discontinuation or clearance sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Lamia reserves the right to approve or deny requests based on reasonable grounds and inspection results.

  • Exchange or refund requests may take 7–14 business days to process depending on stock and logistics.

  • Doorstep exchange may not be available in all areas; alternate arrangements will be made if necessary.
